The Role:

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring the team meets productivity targets, and maintaining safety and quality standards. You’ll play a key role in organizing workflows, solving problems, and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of warehouse operatives.
  • Organize and allocate tasks to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Monitor and maintain stock accuracy through inventory checks.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Train, coach, and support team members to reach their potential.
  • Act as the first point of contact for operational queries or issues.
  • Collaborate with management to improve processes and meet performance targets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work shifts as required.
